metamixr 0.1.0

Initial release.

  • re_mix(), sel_mix() and sel_flexpb() fit Bayesian meta-analytic mixture models without publication bias adjustment, with a common step-function selection model, and with group-specific selection models.
  • sim_mix() simulates data from the models.
  • mertens_nudge provides the nudging meta-analysis of Mertens et al. (2022).
  • Four vignettes: getting started, an application to the nudging literature, resolving multimodality, and a comparison with RoBMA.
